Guideline for New Registration at HRMS of WBIFMS portal of  West Bengal Employees:

If you are an Employee of Govt of West Bengal, you can register for getting digital data of your service. It is aimed by the govt to digitalize all service records of an employee. Near future we can expect pepper less service from Govt.

Benefits of Registration:-

The following benefits will get an West Bengal Govt employee by registering in HRMS portal:
  •  Download your own Pay Slip,
  •  Apply for Leave (CL, EL etc.),
  •  Count your spent and remaining leave,
  •  Verify your employee profile, whether there have any mistake or everything is well
  • Download your GPF statement (Will be available soon)
  •  Get your Income tax statement
  • Apply for GPF refundable/Non-Refundable loan
  • Get status of your loan application
  • Create Tour Diary and claim TA bill
  • And more under development...

● Before going to register you have to provide your mobile number to your Office/DDO, (DDO Will update your mobile number in your HRMS profile)

Things you need :-

  • Computer/ Laptop/ Smartphone
  •  Internet Connectivity

Steps for registration:-

1) At first logon to www.wbifms.gov.in
2) After opening IFMS website Click on e-Services for employees
3) Click on Sign Up for Registration
4) Fill Employee No (available in your recent Payslip), Mobile No (which you provided), Captcha and then click on Register
5) You will receive an OTP on your mobile no. 
6) Provide the OTP in the OTP field. 
7) Click on the Declaration √check box and then Click on Create My Account.
8) You will receive a Password in your registered mobile no. and the User Name will be your Employee No. 
9) You will need to Sign In and for the first time you will need to change your password.
10) Sign in again and now your Id is ready.
